So about a week ago I was told that I had autism. I’ve suspect this for a while, but for some odd reason and I’m finding things more difficult than before. my body is usually more tired with the cerebral palsy and suspected ADHD anyway, but mentally and physically drained. Is this a normal thing? I can’t count how many naps I have taken this week. 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

Is there anything physical going on, like a flu, iron deficiency or something like that?
If not, could it be that ir emotionally drained? Processing a diagnosis, even when we expect it, is not really easy...

It probably is normal but I would ask your doctor anyway.
