# Does anyone else have nasty mood swings?

Is that a normal thing, or is that an ADHD thing because I crash out way too much on small stuff but when big things happen I just shut down

Mine too! PMDD 🫠 Thankfully mine isn’t as severe as it could be, but I have definitely dealt with my fair share of \*very\* bad symptoms and experiences, which have tarnished relationships.
