I am learning it now. It doesn’t need to be heavy, but the neurotypical partner need to be patient with the process to learn and understand how help, and the neurodivergent partner need to be patient with their partner too.

There are some books specifically about, and it can make a HUGE difference.

The adhd effect on marriage- I think it goes deeper. But I liked how “ADHD & US” was written (because it shows how neurotypical thinks and fells, and how ADHD thinks and feels also)
