5-10 alarms
The first 2 an hour or two before you have to get up and the rest 30-45 minutes before you wake up to get ready

Simple but effective. Count out loud from 5 to zero and get up at zero. Literally launching yourself :P

i literally set 5 or 6 alarms within 10 mins of each other so that the snooze isn’t an option the alarm goes off every few mins .

Two alarms, one early enough you can have your lay in and one when you really need to get up. Set it as a challenge to be up before the 2nd alarm goes off

Theoretically, you could put the alarm far away enough to force you out of bed. But the problem is, you need to put/keep the alarm that far away.

Hi GG. Do you take stimulant meds?

I put my alarm across the room so it forces me to get out of bed to turn off the alarm.
