What is your choice of movement and how have you gotten into it?

I joined BODi (formally beachbody) my coach has a fb group and we have a virtual gym on zoom.   
It has food recipes, mindset area with great videos to watch and work on weekly.

I can walk only and have gotten into it initially because of birdwatching
