I have a question

Do you check all of your tasks at the end of the day, or do you do it as you finish/ after every 2 or 3 you do?

For me, it depends on my day and what I’ve been doing. If I’ve been super busy and not using my phone as much, I’ll wait til end of day. 

If I’m having more of a dopamine lacking day, I’ll probably check in more frequently.
