Anyone else’s executive dysfunction flare up right along side their chronic pain? I’m feeling really defeated because I was doing really well with all of my habits and lists until my pain flared. Now I feel useless.

Fibromyalgia gets worse in me too with stress. I have chronic daily pain all over. I feel set back when it flares. I feel defeated too.
