I feel really sick and wish I didn’t have to go to school. 😕 anyone have ideas of what could help a sore throat, stuffy nose, hurting stomach, and it’s kinda hard for me to breathe

Get yourself a heating pad, curl up in bed / on the couch, distract yourself if you can’t sleep and my mom puts a wrap with semi hot lemon slices on my throat as a home remedy whenever I have a sore throat, don’t know if it works but even if not you now smell like lemons and have sth like a scarf

Go old school and just have a nice hot shower, the steam should loosen up the mucus, some cold remedies, plenty of fluids have some hot soup with loads of vitamins and minerals in for dinner and get back into bed!
