For a long time others and me consecquentually thought that it’s impossible to me have ADHD because I read a lot (thereforecan focus for a long time). This year I got official diagnosis (I’m 23 now) and turned out all of my lonely childhood years books were my hyperfixation 🧚‍♀️

Do you have some fixations you truly love and find useful?
