Home maintenance is something I keep putting off because it is far from fun.

Recaulking the sink, cleaning the gutters, clearing out the weeds, etc.

Do you have any tips for someone who can't afford to hire someone to do it for them?

If you’re competitive, try making a competition out of it to see how fast you can complete each task like set a stop watch when you start one of them, then stop it when you complete it and try to beat that time with the next one.
