# Always a dilemma

I’m always chasing. To be more or to be less. I’m always chasing to get more done in less time, but I’m also always chasing being more present in everything I do. The expectations I have from myself are alarmingly high in volume and I find myself telling rather critical consequences in case of inability to complete a task or project. 

I’m trying to be kinder to myself, one situation at a time. Finding the most healthy way forward at every step.
