It’s such a bittersweet feeling.. Because I know that this status is only gonna help me in some social/work situations, but it’s still kinda hard to accept the fact that “it is what it is”. This past month I’ve been carrying a lot of shame & guilt. I feel that even if I already accepted certain parts of myself, the people around me still struggle to do so, even when I tell them about it. ADHD is an invisible disability, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not affecting our lives. 

You’re not alone. You’re different, but only for all of the best reasons. You’re valuable. You deserve to be loved. You’re smart. You’re kind. You’re creative. You’re talented. You feel others deeply. You carry so much but still show up. I’m so proud of you, of myself, of all of us! This world wasn’t built for us, so our job is to build our own little world. I see you 🤍
