Hey, don't know you nor what happened to you, but I know emotions feel intense, and we all have bad days (I had a bad day recently too) but first thing you always to do is to breathe in and try to calm yourself. You'll think clearer after that, and even tho there is much outside your control, you can always do what's in your power to make things better.
