I have been struggling with time-constrained tasks and timers for a while. My common issue is I either forget to set a timer or leave my phone somewhere else. A simple diving watch seems to work fpr me, cause you can rotate the bezel to set a starting point, and check the watch as needed to see how much time has passed. Another perk – it's on your wrist 90% of the time, and it's not a smart watch, so no distractions!
