# Journaling

Supposed to start journaling nightly… anyone have any suggestions on how to start? I’m completely lost on how to start even my first sentence… something like “dear diary “ comes to mind…. lol. Or do I just talk to the journal like it’s a person? Im afraid of looking corny if someone was to find it… so silly I know. Ugh. Insecurities at there finest.

I use Day One to journal because I can kick it and it is on my phone. I usually just start, but sometimes I write to people. I always feel a little embarrassed reading back posts, because what was big at the time seems so trivial.
