il y a 3 ansThis is very relatable. If i have to sit through one more lecture about how I just need to make lists and create a routine… I will lose it. It’s like they think we aren’t trying, when in reality our brain just works differently. I feel you, to my core. We are all on this app for a reason. Hopefully it helps. 😊

il y a 3 ansMost people won't understand because they feel that we are like them since everyone gets distracted they think it's the same instead of realizing how much more intense it actually affects us vs them.
