Does any one of you guys have endogenous depression ? How do you deal

With constant mood changes and attacks of anxiety ? Beacose I feel like the pain always comes back so why bother to live with it and just end it all

100% I have just been diagnosed ADHD last week and im 42, I also have a diagnosis panic disorder, manic depression, and complex PTSD from childhood trauma! So dont worry Niki you’re defo not alone!

Depressive since childhood. Dysthymia with Double Depression Episods. Psychotherapy and sertalin help

I’m very sorry your situation is so painful… I may be way out of line, but I watched a documentary about some new drugs for treating long-term depressions : have you been proposed some specific medications (Sorry if you have…) ? I just want to make sure you’re getting the help you need…

Yes I am. I’m on my way to heal fully I’m taking antidepressants and doing mindfulness. But it’s just hard after all so yes I am okay I’m defenitly not going to end it but i still sometimes have such thoughts
