I stopped taking sertraline because I'm taking painkillers way too often now and I feel like that. I've tried cleaning a bit, I cleaned my bed, kitchen, made some tea for my mom and brother and filed some documents but that's all I could do today

Those are the best days to practice self care. Drink your water, eat something good for you, listen to music, take a warm shower. Before you know it you will feel good as new.
