Learning how to effectively communicate in a positive way is VERY difficult especially with someone you have conflict with. When you are working on bringing resolution and healthy communication with someone who simply wants to challenge everything at every turn…it sucks. 🙏🏻😓😓 trying to find my inner peace with every text.
