What I meant by motivation was, eg this person is my motivation in life to be like him or to do something similar, I keep on changing my motivations because I get bored from the previous ones, it's a very adhd thing to get bored, because we lack dopamine, we need new spikes
I think the biggest thing for me is breaking things into small pieces and realizing doing a little bit is better than not doing anything at all. And often once you start with your little piece you're able to do another little piece. Idunno if that's relevant to what you mean by motivation though.
