trust me and just keep going with this app! I've got an 85-day streak and I can see the changes that it provided in my life. Little steps, being consistent and determined will bring you the results you need. But start small like “get up from bed” or “attempt to pick up clothes from the floor” or “wash one plate” and the rest will do itself. But it doesn't maybe try to seek professional help as well like behavior therapy or medication maybe? I take non-stimulant/anty-anxiety ones and I love them much more than stimulants!
