If you have ADHD, you might sometimes feel like trying new things is turning to carless mistakes the bigass of them is “DRUGS or ALCOHOL“ so you can fight off boredom or find constant excitement. 

But using these substances can quickly lead to problems with addiction, especially if you struggle with impulse control “ADHD”  
So, to all you young who are reading this, don't give in to peer pressure “JUST SAY NO”.

Focus on what makes you happy Loving and respecting yourself.

And if you're already struggling with addiction, know that it's never too late to seek help and turn things around.  
“GIVE YOURSELF A CHANGE TO SURVIVE”
