I hate how nervous I get over upcoming doctors appointments

. I have two today and they’re important because of the amount of time and expensive appointments and I over prepare and then I worry that I’m gonna forget to look at everything I prepared and it’ll all be a waste.

Capisco. Nel mio caso sono stato pressato a fare le cose in fretta e a fare meno domande, così mi sono perso delle cose… 

Finché non ho deciso di diventare un paziente fastidioso e farmi ascoltare tutto quello che avevo da dire 😅

Ho iniziato a usare l'app Visit Recall. Registra la visita e ti fornisce domande da porre, poi scompone tutto in forma dattiloscritta per te.

Di solito scrivo tutto e leggo direttamente dal mio telefono durante gli appuntamenti… 🤳
