Medication?

Curious if anyone has seen benefits with ADHD medication or not. I’m new and haven’t been formally diagnosed (yet?) but runs in the family.

Im diagnosed recently at 35 and it has been a life saver for me so far. Some people are less lucky though (e.g. experiencing side effects without benefits).
