Per me è stato un gamechanger prendere le mie medicine già a letto. Dopo circa 1 ora e mezza, riesco poi a scendere dal letto relativamente bene.

Sono una persona mattiniera fastidiosa che va a letto alle 21 e si sveglia automaticamente alle 6 del mattino (o se vado a letto più tardi mi sveglio esattamente quella stessa quantità di tempo più tardi)
