During the day, i kept feel exhausted although i knew that im sure doing nothing extreme on physical. One day, I’ve found a knowledge about How much our brain suck our energy. It’s also tension our body muscle.

Maybe the thing Im just noticing is whenever I not schedule My worries (like Im Going to think about problem on 8:00PM for 20 min), so IT will Run Autopilot on negativities. So, you’ll drown unnoticed in survival mode.

So, I think you should try to schedule your worries as part of your day. Or you will worry all time during day unnoticed.

Ja, det er kanskje en mulighet! Jeg skal prøve. Og egentlig er jeg for ofte i overlevelsesmodus uansett. Mye skjer, men det blir bedre snart.
