# Help for new diagnosis

I am newly diagnosed and trying to figure out what are ADD things and what are just “me” things. And I am looking for resources to help me learn how to work with my brain instead of fighting against it. Anything anyone can recommend would be amazing!

They are all you things now. Welcome to the club. The Discover tab in this app is helpful.   
My biggest eye opener was task paralysis being an adhd thing.
