Hey is it normal that i love to learn but now that i have studied the whole day and some builders noice irritated me, my brain feels funny? Like its calm but raging and its like fried?? I just wanna lay in bed and hear and think nothing and at the thought of doing that i feel uneasy and stressed???  
Any help and tricks? How do i overcome this?
