I’m not high (manic) or low (depressed) just a consistent middle ground. Doing the things mindfully and reasonably without burning out. Guys I think I’m healing….I did avoid therapy for 3 months tho soooo….. maybe I’m just in an avoidance era again. Flight mode activated? Idk I’m just living in limbo 🙄

can totally relate but therapy can help keep you on that middle ground
