I am complete chameleon  when  it comes to mood.  
Somedays I am a super woman.. who.can.move mountains and somedays I can't even think of moving my finger.  
But I don't have the privilege  to be sit around and do nothing..because  I have a family to  take care of.  
So on these dark  days my bare minimum  list helps me. Bare minimum is q  list  of things  you need to survive .  
 For me it  is Something to eat and something to wear and  basic hygiene.  
So I do one laundry so.that we have enough clothes to.survive the night and the next day. Something to eat  for dinner and pack for lunch.  And basic hygiene  to take a shower and clean yourself and the kids.  
That's it. Rest of things can wait  
Sometimes when I get myself to do these things... I  get motivated to do. more.   Sometimes I am just glad i could finish the bare  minimum.   And I wait for me to bring my super powers and then I can be as perfect I want to be.
