# Executive dysfunction

I’ve been encountering problems where I know that I should do something, but I don’t really have the energy to do so, and an always go off task even on meds. Do y’all have similar problems?

I’m not even on meds for ADHD yet

It keeps happening to me and my doc keeps switching my med.

Like every time I find something that “works” to fix it it doesn’t work the next time. I know so many people have overcome this and that it’s possible, so hang in there and i’m trying to have hope too but dang this one sucks

this is like the epitome of the deep suffering part of ADHD. Like at least for me and most ppl I talk to this is THE WORST like The Big One. I can’t even think of any other symptom or side effect that comes close, this is the one that meds don’t help with and I don’t want to say “ruined my life” but made it tremendously difficult

i relate to this especially when your on meds don’t worry your not alone i’m litterly doing that right now….
