# Work after dopamine?

Can you study after dopamine? For example I need to do my homework but I think I shouldn’t do a high dopamine thing before it like watching something that I love or looking at my phone. I know that I should keep my dopamine in same level and balance when I woke up but what kinda things includes high dopamine or stimulates my brain without my conscious?

This is so relatable I keep trying to tell people that I will be useless for the rest of the day if we watch one of my favorite movies. Like that has to be the last thing I do, and then go to bed. Or like, a concert or baseball game (for me), I can’t do anything else after the dopamine crash of it being over.   
Also, I can’t do homework after dopamine obviously but I also can’t function BEFORE dopamine because no brain energy without it. So basically I’m screwed and just can’t do anything ever lmao.  
I wish I had an answer!😭 Hopefully someone else is more helpful.  
Just wanted to share and say you’re definitely not alone with this feeling
