So hard to eat in the AM and I’d say more than half the days I wait until 3-5 to eat my first meal. I feel like I can’t swallow food and I think it could be morning anxiety but I’m also not hungry :/

Literally me and my bf. But we are working on it - he’s still uneasy with breakfast while I define breakfast as the moving power for my mind to keep calm n work instead of being anxious and overwhelmed

I buy multipacks of protein drinks so I can do a quick protein shake in the mornings. I’d I don’t eat my symptoms seem to worsen even with medication, but having that little bit of protein helps immensely.

I do ready-made protein coffee drinks every morning.
