But every time I stop, I struggle to restart, and often 5 minutes turn into 15 and so on until I accomplish nothing of the established plan. I curse myself at the end of the day, but at the same time, it's necessary to arrange small breaks. How do you manage not to get lost in your leisure time? What gives you the input to restart when the allotted time is up? I'm always angry with myself because I don't do things or I do too many, I just want a little balance.

Once I started (hardest part !), I normally have no bigger problem to return to the task/desk after a break. I schedule like 45 - 10 - 45 - 10 - 30 - 20 minutes work/rest or so with a timer and that works pretty good for me. But I had to learn to skip several “perfect” morning routines or whatever to just get my 🍑 to my desk and get the first thing done. After that procrastination is gone … and if this doesn’t work I have to ask myself: Did I drink enough? Did I eat enough? Did I overdo it with anything and have no energy left? Do I need some time to recover?

my trigger is responsibility sharpening up after too much rest. but sometimes that’s just your body saying it’s tired
