For example: My house is a disaster......but now company is coming over..omg time to clean! And we do it! Why is that? I wonder if that type of situation can be harnessed into every day motivation. Like i have crap on my list that i need/want to do. Maybe if someone on here calls me out and says something like "Hey Charles! You checked off that you worked out today....but did you?" "Did you really walk 10,000 steps? I'm gonna need some proof" lol. I think it would be fun for someone to randomly challenge each others' accomplishments. Because.... Nobody knows if you don’t say anything right? So you turn the other cheek only to cancel the app in a week. But if I had someone to go full soldier like SS on my ass minus the fascism then maybe I wouldn’t be tempted to flub thru the to do list. Sometimes I have my buddy come over not to help me but to light the fire underneath my ass and go drill sergeant on me . That way I have no other choice but to do good by me.
