- visual timer to get started and remind myself to take breaks and not working through the day
- a digital todolist and calender with everything important (even when to take a shower or when to wash my clothing) and ideas that come through the day
- living with a husband who has autism (lots of routines and preparation necessary) keeps me on track

Hey !
Beautiful rainbow, thanks for sharing !
Some little tips that work for me - mostly… :
- multiple alarms and reminders on my phone
- when I take an appointment, I write it down immediately in my digital calendar, with all the relevant information (on which floor is the office I must go to, the exact location, etc.)
- I always have a notebook at hand to write down all the little thoughts that flitter through my mind and would prevent me from focusing if I didn’t write them down.
- listing here on Numo my favourite routines/daily activities to be sure NOT to miss out (too much) on the fun and happy stuff.

There’s a lot of things I still don’t have a solution for… (how to tackle boring but important tasks NOT at the last minute… like grading my pupils’tests)…..

What are your own tips and tricks ?
