How do you manage work?

Hi guys, Not a very popular position but I am a careerist person and I am lucky to have my dream job in quite a big corporation. I have the potential to go high and many doors opened (not all) but I can't go up because: - I am so excited about new project that I always propose to launch new ones, I viking many people and giving them hopes on new great things to do in the company - I get bored so rapidly that I can't finish any project and they all seem to fail - Everytime I can see one project is slowing down because of this, I get depressed and can't do any of my other projects Anyone in the same kind of situation who could share their experience? What kind of job could we do? When I search successful ADHD people on the internet, I can just find actors or athletes or singer. Any corporate successes? Thanks!
