I sometimes call my friend or mother and ask her to tell me to get up and because I’m on video call they can check if I have - that accountability and being told to from an outside source helps me more than repeatedly telling myself I need to get up Also playing some energetic music and forcing myself to get up when the chorus starts

Wiggle one toe, then my foot, then my leg. The process of starting to physically move sometimes helps me break out of that frozen / stuck feeling.
