Breaking tasks down
Do you ever struggle with breaking tasks down into smaller steps? Any tips? I tend to lean toward being an all or nothing thinker, but am trying to challenge that!

Yes !! I struggle as well I’m trying to break it down to the bare minimum without becoming overwhelmed. For example: If I have to study a lot I’m okay for today just reading page number X and then okay just the first paragraph. The same with cleaning my room, just put dirty clothes in the basket for today, at least, just the ones in the chair… breaking the tasks down as I go helps me a lot to make progress and to keep going
Yes!!! This is one of the things taught in one of my classes. It’s hard! It can be done though. I’m also an all or nothing type of person so I totally get it. I could never understand the point of breaking things into smaller steps probably why I’m all over the place 😂.
