sometimes i really struggle with impulsiveness and compulsive behavior. like spending money on something lame because  i just really want it at that moment (like buying something from a phone game because i want to level up). i also smoke a lot everyday and just can’t bring myself to stop or at least reduce it, because once i start i’ll just smoke an entire pack at once. if there’s a dessert or treat at home i’ll eat everything at once because i can’t control myself to have a portion at a time. i’ll sit down to play a videogame and i’ll stay there for hours in a row. it did improve partially with medication, but i guess since it’s a behavioral issue as well, it’s not so simple as to just disappear 🫠
