Overwhelmed with this

I'm so easily overwhelmed when it comes to new tools to help manage. I'm not sure how to fully make use of every on here.

Do some of the courses it helps you learn your adhd type and gives tips to help you. Brain dump everything!!!

I also just started with adding tasks as everyday rituals. Anything literally. *get out of bed *take medicine *shower *breakfast And bit by bit I started discovering other parts of the app, but I’m still new to it and that’s ok. Things don’t have to be perfect from first day. Allow yourself to start with baby steps. 💛

In a way I wish there was maybe a video outlining all the features, how to use them, and where to find them. Or maybe just very specific section were organizational tools could be found? Maybe this is obvious but for me although the look of the app is awesome I'm sure how to navigate effectively.

I’m also a new user (1 week) and during my first days I tried to focus on just a few things: adding, moving, deleting and completing tasks. You don’t have to understand everything during your second day of use. I feel it isn’t even needed when using this app :) just start with the most important part for you and discover more along the way. And if this doesn’t help you: Can you tell us what makes you feel overwhelmed specifically? That enables is to help you in a better way :)
