# Postmeds effect

Hi, I'm taking Concerta 54. It happens to me that when the effect finish I feel like super sad and thinking that anything will give me happiness. So I feel super depressed and tired at the end of the day. Is that normal, or it's better to try other ADHD meds? I will try Envalse, because some people say it has a longer effect.   
Does this happens to anyone of you guys?

Definitely other meds or try to lower that dosage. Concerta, adderall, and certain others can have crashes, and cause physical/irritability issues thus creating depression and fatigue. I would try Ritalin, it doesn’t have crashes (at least not for me) and if that or vyvanse isn’t working maybe you should try a non-stimulant? Stattera can help with mood and ADHD. In my opinion non stimulants don’t work as well but that’s my body not yours. Hope I could help.
