Does anybody know any good books about inattentive ADHD (ADHD-PI/ADD). I've been looking, but most literature is catered towards ADHD combined type. I just want a good book that also brings up the positives of ADHD-PI.

You might really enjoy “Delivered from Distraction” by Dr. Hallowell & Dr. Ratey. It’s written in a super friendly, relatable way — and one of the authors has ADHD himself. While it covers all types, it has solid insights into inattentive ADHD too. Easy to read, full of real stories, and really uplifting. Great for men who want support without the heavy clinical tone.
