Iâve discovered the following for me:
If I start a routine that I know is necessary to achieve a goal that is deeply important to me, it becomes (almost) easy to stick to it. Because anytime I donât want to do it, I go to my big WHY and in that second the "costâ to not do it is so much greater than to just do it, so Iâll just do it.
On the other hand, routines that I try to start because I think it would be a good thing, are a lost cause.
Not sure if thatâs just me, but maybe ask yourself why you want to start a routine. And if itâs really important to you, every time you want to skip it, think about what youâre losing if you donât do it.
Hope this helps you as much as it helps me đ
