Does anyone know what sunglasses should I choose if I have annoying light sensitivity?

you can try photochromic lens, they darkens on exposure to light

As I know, mirrored(polarized?) sunglasses the best. I use one like that when my migraine getting worse(light sensitivity as well).

You could try different colors to see if any feel better. Otherwise polarized might be the best
