Anyone got tips on avoiding hyper focus mode far too late in the day that you work late and throw off the whole evening and next day 😳? Cute pic of my main man Baxter for attention 😂

I try to make myself read a physical book to tear myself away from the screen. That seems to help my brain calm down.

Set yourself an alarm to go get your favourite snack as reward for completing ( and stopping) your (set amount of time at) work :)
