
How do you overcome feeling overwhelmed with tasks?
I’m in college right now. I look at two small tasks and I instantly cannot focus because I feel like the task is huge when it is some small reading.

I struggle with the same problem. What seems to be helping is to specify a big task to lots of smäller ones. For exemple not "clean the house" but rather "clean bathroom", "empty dishwasher", "pick upp toys", "do laundry" etc.
I prioritize whatever is the easiest or quickest task(s) to knock out first. If I'm doing the most daunting task first I'll never get it all done.
