Could it have developed bad triggers for your anxiety? And if so anxiety worsens our Adhd. Just a thought

ahhh i think this is more to do w dopamine and/or serotonin receptors getting too used to being overloaded, so it takes way more stimulation to get them going than it used to :x basically internal feelings like satisfaction in a job well done aren’t a big enough reward to get the brain and body moving :/ hopefully you’ll even out with reduced substance use over time, it’s just a long and stressful process :’c i wish you the best and i hope our tips and tricks are helpful!!! 💟💟💟
