Hi. Don’t know if it would help but I’m currently reading Is it you, me or adult AD(H)D ? by Gina Pera. Talks about the impact ADHD can have on your partner and your relationship with them. Some say books can’t fix everything but I think they are pretty helpful just the same… Hope it helps…
