Try to stand up as much as possible. Sitting down makes it easy to relax and do nothing. Another is just cleaning around or doing things that require physical activity. Mental activity could also happen, like notes or hw, but I say do it standing. Listening to enjoyable music, perhaps fast paced, also helps. Puts me in a better headspace and more active to do things.
